Learn Music Notes with Mozart Junior and Notey

Mozart Junior introduces the exercise, Notey shows a note on the staff, then the child chooses its name. No timer here: the goal is to build a calm visual reflex.

1. The staff

It has five lines. A note can sit on a line or in a space.

2. The treble clef

It gives you the starting point. Here, we learn the simple notes from C to B.

3. The reflex

Look at the note height, say its name, then repeat often and gently.

What is this note?

This activity helps children and beginners connect a position on the staff with the name of a music note. To keep practicing, try Notey in full game mode, ear-training exercises, or the music theory learning path.
